• Bullion items, and individual coins removed from their holders are not returnable.
• All coins and numismatic items are guaranteed to be genuine.
• The grading and description of coins is in accordance with Photograde and American Numismatic Association Grading Standards.
• Payment is to be made in US funds only, and must be drawn on a US bank.
• VISA, MasterCard, Discover/Novus and American Express Cards accepted on all items EXCEPT bullion.
• Credit card orders are shipped to the card holders billing address only. No exceptions!
• Personal Checks, Company Checks, and common Money Orders must clear before shipment. Please allow 7-10 banking days for clearance.
• US Postal Money Orders, Official Bank Checks, Cashiers Checks, and Certified Checks receive faster shipment.

• No sales tax on orders originating and shipping outside of Florida.
• Florida state residents/delivery will have 6% sales tax added to the subtotal of their order. The State of Florida no longer has a sales tax on U.S. Coins and/or currency - the tax is also exempt on all bar bullion sales over $500. All other items delivered within Florida are taxable at any amount.
• Dealers must have on file in our office a copy of their Sales & Use Tax License and completed Blanket Resale Certificate to avoid sales tax.
• You will be notified of any “back-ordered” items with the option to cancel.
• Dates/years will be of our choice on certain coins and numismatic items when specific dates/years are not available, or when specific dates/years have not been requested.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Quantities may be limited.
• You will be notified of any shipping & handling shortages/adjustments before your order is processed.
• We ship at our discretion via United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• Please provide street address for UPS and FedEx shipments.
• Allow adequate time for delivery.
